Abstract: 

Projects have specific start and end time, to accomplish specific objectives. It’s a well defined sequence of production activities with a specified benefits that can be identified, quantified and valued either socially or in monetary terms meant to improve the quality of life of people i.e. have financial, economic and social impact (Gittinger, 1982). The project purpose is to create a product, service or a specified outcomes. Implementing a strategic programme or plan, To solve a problem or exploit a business opportunity for commercial gains. Project management involves application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to achieve set objectives efficiently, effectively, and ethically.
